Identifikasi Dan Kepadatan Mikroplastik Di Sekitar Muara Sungai Banjir Kanal Barat Dan Banjir Kanal Timur, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah

Mikroplastik merupakan partikel plastik berukuran mikro (<5 mm). membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk terdegradasi sehingga sulit dihilangkan di perairan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbandingan kepadatan dan jenis mikroplastik perairan muara Banjir Kanal Barat Timur, Semarang. Pengambilan sampel air laut dilaksanakan pada bulan April Mei 2021 3 titik berbeda setiap stasiun dengan menggunakan plankton net. Pengamatan dilakukan Laboratorium Fakultas Perikanan Ilmu Kelautan, Universiats Diponegoro. Hasil menemukan bentuk dalam fiber, fragment, film, pellets. Warna ditemukan hitam, biru, merah, cokelat, kuning, tranparant, hijau. Uji FT-IR polimer Nylon, Nitrile, PVC, PET, PC. Kepadatan paling tinggi terdapat Timur sebesar 179,09 Partikel/m3 total fiber (37,80 partikel/m3), fragment (34,14 Partikel/m3), film (18,29 pellets (85,85 Partikel/m3). yaitu 79,51 (20,73 partikel/ m3), (28,09 (5,36 (25,12 independent t – test menunjukkan p(0,169) > 0,05 bahwa tidak nyataMicroplastics are micro-sized plastic particles Microplastics take a long time to degrade making them difficult remove in the water.
